We design how AI shows up in real products. Not chatbots on landing pages, but the hard stuff: control layers for software systems, generative interfaces, and products where the AI is the product.

Full-stack product design from research to pixel-perfect delivery. We’ve designed interfaces for forest machines, industrial IoT, mobile games, and enterprise SaaS. Complex systems made simple.

Immersive Experiences
Mixed reality, AR/VR, generative storytelling. We’re building the interface layer for a European AI-powered heritage platform across six countries. This isn’t theory. It starts in September.
What we’ve
built
AI agents now write production code, but they work blind. They do not see the system they are changing. Scirix fixes this with a Reality Model: a continuously updated, deterministic map of the codebase, documentation and infrastructure. Every agent action runs against verified context and is typed, logged and replayable. Developers get AI speed without losing control.
Scirix works for any development team. Bring your own LLM or API and run it where your code lives: public cloud, private cloud or fully on premises. The same architecture that serves an individual developer also meets the requirements of organizations in defense, finance and critical infrastructure.
Product design from the ground up, workspace UX, Scirix brand and communications
Horizon Europe-funded project launching in September. The vision: transform cultural heritage sites into living, AI-generated story worlds where visitors become protagonists. 13 partners across Spain, Italy, Greece, Czech Republic, Portugal, and Finland.
TAIO leads the interface and mixed reality work package and runs the Tampere pilot. We helped shape the application with productization experience: not just research, but a path to something people will actually use.

Long-running collaboration with one of the world’s leading forestry machine manufacturers. User research across countries, fleet management software across two generations, the iF Design Award-winning OPTI 5G interface, and a future UI concept for the next-generation cabin experience presented globally.

Involved from the earliest stages, helping Elisa Industriq win the client. We designed a complete reporting, monitoring, and planning system covering their entire operation. Mobile interfaces for field crews designed for harsh outdoor readability, plus a full desktop application for real-time monitoring. The feedback from the field: this is the first tool that actually works for them.

Valio: From AI training to frame agreement
Started with teaching their team to use Midjourney. Led to animation production, then packaging design. Within four months of the first packaging brief, Valio signed a frame agreement. In less than two years, a single AI workshop grew into a multilateral partnership with one of Finland’s most recognized brands.

We sourced two specialists within days for an ongoing production. That was years ago. The collaboration continues with our consultants producing visual assets and animations for Angry Birds and contributing to internal concepting. Rovio describes them as part of their internal team.
Talent sourcing, 2D game art, concept art, animation
Industrial-scale boiler kettles for ships, hospitals, and municipal food centers. The screen had to be readable from 3–4 meters. It had to work with gloves, wet hands, and rough handling. We observed professional chefs on-site and delivered a production-ready UI worthy of the product.
User research (on-site observation), concepting, production UI design
Full UI/UX redesign over one year for a complex supply chain platform. Dense information architecture, KPI dashboards, and daily operational workflows, all improved without losing what made it the market’s best product. Leanware was subsequently acquired by Elisa Industriq.

Sulake: Improving game retention through UX
Identified the most critical UX issues in Hotel Hideaway and delivered practical, context-specific solutions that improved player retention. Focused expert intervention from people who understand both game design and user behaviour.
